Photography Speaking Club #12: What is emulsion

We will get into the chemical side of photography: what emulsion is, what its properties are and where it is used.

Then we will try lifting emulsion from Polaroid prints together, and everyone will make a picture of their own. Polaroid cameras for the session are provided by Polaclub.

Photography Speaking Club meets every Saturday to talk about photography in English. It is moderated by Bohdan Nahornyi, a photographer and English teacher, who prepares materials, a discussion plan and a short glossary for each topic. Any level of English is fine, and you are welcome to just listen.
