Vinyl Party: Jazz

Vinyl Party is an evening where your music plays. You liked the format, so vinyl nights will now happen more often.

On 17 May we are waiting for your jazz records. The genre appeared in the US at the start of the 20th century, where African American rhythm, the blues and European harmony met. Jazz is not only improvisation but also precise work with sound and form. Among its great names are Miles Davis, Nina Simone and Charles Mingus.

Bring records from your home collection, put them on the turntable and, if you like, tell us what they mean to you. Come without records too: to listen, talk and have a glass of wine.
