Punctum. Sofiia Maksymovych

Sofiia Maksymovych has worked with analogue photography since 2018, using it to record emotions and moments that usually go unnoticed. For her, the camera is a way of engaging with reality emotionally, not only technically.

The exhibition is about the moment a picture becomes more than a document and starts to carry memory, emotion and connection. The work looks at texture, light and space, from the cliffs of Tenerife to the cityscapes of Sumy.
